1. How do I know my ring size?

- We have Ring Size Chart right here. Check it out and find which size will fit you best.

 

2. Do you have certificate for your Stone?

- All stone products of 2.vollmond are imported from prestige and quality Feng Shui stone workshops. If you want a certificate, we can send it for accreditation with:

• Inspection price of 1 stone: 300,000 VND
• Inspection time: 7-10 days

 

3. How long does delivery take?

- After the order is placed,

• Available size / item will be shipped in 1 day.
• Unavailable size / item will have to wait from 7-10 days. 

- After that, the delivery time

• Within Ho Chi Minh City takes 1-3 days.
• To other places in Vietnam takes 3-5 days.
• International delivery takes 8-30 days (depending on the country). 

 

4. Do you have warranty policy?

- Yes we do. Please read: Warranty Policy.

 

5. Can I order different size outside the size chart?

- Yes. You can select Other in size option and then note your wished size at checkout.

But please note that different size will take 7-10 days to process.

 

6. Can I return / exchange the purchased product?
